Find your own spot.

The campsite is spacious, with no marked pitches. Choose a spot where you can feel the sea spray from Notviken or find shelter beneath the rocks.

Founded in 1976 by Karl Bertel “Putte” Karlsson, the campsite sits in a historic landscape of red rocks, sea and the ruins of Bomarsund Fortress. Several walking trails are close by.

Camping pitches cannot be booked in advance, except for groups.

A beautifully situated harbour beside the rocks, close to the campsite’s facilities and the surroundings of Bomarsund.
